LiNK sometimes consults public data, i.e. data subject to disclosure duty (e.g. appointment of Business Directors) or data which were published deliberately, such as information supplied by a website or data which are publicly known or which were published in the media.
2. Purposes of the Processing
Letters of application, curriculum vitae, notes made during an application interview will be processed with the aim to complete the entire recruitment procedure, serving simultaneously as legal justification to substantiate LiNK's custody law, which is to ensure the company's ability to assess an applicant to complete the entire recruitment procedure.
Information regarding payroll and personnel administration is collected and processed with the execution of the employment contract as legal justification and in order to comply with statutory obligations enforced by labour law and social security.
Data regarding time registration are collected and processed to comply with the statutory obligation to process payroll administration correctly and to check working hours, with the execution of the employment contract in LiNK's custody law as legal justification.
Data related to e-mail traffic and to internet usage are collected and processed to prevent illicit actions, to enforce rules about the use of online technologies, to secure the safety and/or proper functioning of IT- network systems along with the company's physical installations. The legal justification for this is the proper execution of the employment contract and LiNK's custody law ensuring LiNK's ability to warrant the above-mentioned interests.
Information about the driving licence and bonus/malus degree is collected and processed to determine an employee's legal rights to drive a company vehicle for professional purposes, with the proper execution of the employment contract and compliance with legal obligations as the legal justification.
The name/names of a contact person/persons are collected and processed in case of emergency when we need to contact a member of the family or a relative urgently, with the necessity to protect an employee's vital interests as legal justification.
Assessment forms, results of possible tests or identification of a possible lack of knowledge or of other imperfections are collected and processed in order to assess an employee and declare her/him in default if required, as part of LiNK's custody law, with the proper execution of the employment contract and the employer's legitimate interest as legal justification.
Images in which the employee may be formally recognised, registered by security cameras within the company premises will be collected and processed to prevent theft of company property, with LiNK's custody law ensuring the company's ability to protect company property from theft as legal justification.
Photographs and/or video films are collected and processed to be used for communication with clients and for promotion purposes, with the employee's explicit and preliminary consent. The employee's consent must be requested for before any photograhs or video pictures are made. The employee is always entitled to withdraw her/his consent, without affecting regular processing based upon the employee's consent prior to the withdrawal.
Information regarding clothing sizes is collected and processed in order to supply the employee with suitable working clothes, with the proper execution of the employment contract as LiNK's custody law.
Banking data are collected and processed in order to comply with contract handling concerning payments.
3. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
Your personal data are no longer stored than required for the purposes for which they were collected in the first place, as decribed in this Privacy Policy, Point 2, in accordance with applicable legally prescribed deadlines, possibly longer if we are compelled to do so by statutory limitation periods.
4. Your Rights as an Individual Person
• Right of Access
When we process your personal data you have right of access to your data as well as to certain additional information as described in this Privacy Policy. You are entitled to receive a copy of your personal records in our possession, either on paper or electronically, on condition that such will not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. If you wish to obtain extra copies LiNK may charge a reasonable compensation based on administrative cost.

If in your opinion our way of processing you personal particulars contravenes the law on data protection you have the right of filing a complaint with a supervisory authority. • In no case can LiNK be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by wrongful or illegal usage of personal data by third parties.
